Whistleblowing

ITACOIL SRL is committed to promoting a company culture based on ethical behavior and responsible governance, creating an environment where people are encouraged to report inappropriate conduct or violations of applicable regulations.

Specific channels, processes, and procedures have been established to guarantee confidentiality and protection against retaliation for those who make good-faith reports.

By way of example but not limited to, it is possible to report:

Corruption;
Fraud or money laundering;
Violations of financial or antitrust regulations;
Insider trading or market manipulation;
Misuse of confidential customer or company data;
Violations of the Code of Ethics or the Model 231/01 (management system required by Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001);
Harassment, bullying or other unethical conduct.

How to Report

Reports can be submitted in two ways:

Dedicated email: whistleblowing@itacoilmail.it
Written report: must be marked “CONFIDENTIAL to the Supervisory Body” and must be deposited in the company mailbox located at the main entrance, or sent to the following address:

ITACOIL guarantees that every report will be handled confidentially and impartially by the Supervisory Body (OdV, according to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001).
