Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics of ITACOIL Srl outlines the fundamental principles that guide our way of working. It applies to all employees, collaborators, and business partners, in the understanding that every individual behavior contributes to the company’s reputation and solidity.

The objective is to clearly define the expectations for correct, responsible, and consistent behaviors in line with the organization’s values. Every person working with ITACOIL is required to act with integrity and a sense of responsibility.

Reports and Whistleblowing

Any behaviors contrary to the Code of Ethics can be reported confidentially to the designated contact persons. Reports will be handled with confidentiality and without prejudice to those who make them in good faith, according to the Whistleblowing procedure adopted by ITACOIL.
