NEW SYNCHRONOUS RECTIFICATION MODULE

Image module

The new synchronous rectification module from ITACOIL represents an excellent solution for improving the efficiency of Resonant Converters, significantly reducing power losses.
This module is designed to integrate perfectly with our LLC transformers, making it ideal for high current applications, including those exceeding 100 Adc.

To speed up your design process, we have developed a 24V – 2000W Demo Board that integrates a resonant tank with synchronous rectification, allowing direct connection to the half-bridge. Thanks to the optimized transformer design and careful attention to components and manufacturing costs, this solution is extremely competitive compared to other solutions with similar efficiency.

This version can handle Peak Power up to 3 kW (*) and can be easily used with or without ventilation, depending on your needs:

With forced air cooling:

2 kW continuous

88 x 94 x 80 mm

Without air cooling:

1 kW continuous

88 x 94 x 50 mm

(*) depending on the controller, half-bridge MOSFETs, and input Voltage range.

Integrated Resonant Transformers

Despite its compact dimensions of just 55 x 42 x 43 mm, the new 2 kW size delivers its rated power continuously using forced air cooling. Furthermore, it can handle peak power up to 3 kW depending on the application. Without forced air, it operates continuously at 1 kW.
